Huauki
Reformed from a restaurant on January 2006 by an Ecuadorian artist and
a Japanese Photographer who have much experience in travel and tourism.
Huauki means "brother" in Quichua which is the indigenous language
of Ecuador . Huauki tries to conserve the interior antique furniture in
the house for guest to feel what Ecuador is. The house was built in 1940.
The house is designated as a historical building of Quito by the municipality
of Quito City. The hostel is located in the center of the new town, La
Mariscal , near to everything such as very good restaurants, museums,
bars, and airport.
