*Our horseback riding tour is a superb way to experience the atmosphere of the Andes and gain views of the volcanoes. We offer the best quality in horses which are well-trained and are ideal for novice to expert riders. The tour begins with instruction in a safe enclosure with the help of an experienced guide, to allow riders to gain confidence with the horses. The trail begins from the hacienda  and heads toward the many volcanoes in the area such as Corazon and the Illinizas. From the trail you have superb views of the famous Cotopaxi and Ruminahui. During the tour (except the 2 hour tour) we will provide you with lunch.
*We strongly recommend you rent chaps to protect your legs from either dirt or damage. You can hire them for an extra price of $5 a day, please notify the staff if you wish to rent these. We also supply helmets free of charge.
*The tour begins at approx. 10:00 am from . Here, at 9am there is a choice for breakfast continental, muesli, pancakes and French toast. The price is $3.
*We put a lot of effort in organizing the tour, therefore cancellations require 24hrs notice. If you wish to cancel we will give a 50% refund. Any shorter notice cancellations will not be refunded.

Sample Schedule of Tour:
(This changes depending on the number of hours booked i.e 2, 4, 6 hours)
- 9:00 AM – Optional breakfast at ($3)
- 10:00 AM – Begin riding instruction in enclosed arena
- 10:00 AM – Ride towards volcanoes
- 12:00 PM – Lunch
- 13:30 PM – Continue riding
- 16:30 PM – Return to
- 17:00 PM – Stay at or return to Quito (transportation not included.)
Included in package: Experienced bilingual guide, instructional lesson in riding, boxed lunch.
